Collaborative exhibit by Krissy Parker and Bobby King in Trahern Living Gallery

“Managerie” is a collection of drawings by Christina “Krissy” Parker. The drawings consist of real and imaginary creatures inspired by nature.

“I Don’t Know What to Do With My Hands’ has been seven years in the making by Bobby King. The work was created through a process of body casting and mold making.

The reception will be held in the Trahern Living Gallery at 5pm on May 9.

About Paul Collins

Paul Collins is an assistant professor of art and gallery director at Austin Peay State University. Paul makes drawings, paintings and sculpture that combine humor, tactility and observation to examine the world around us. Paul has an mfa from Yale and has been a resident at Skowhegan, Anderson Ranch Arts Center and the Vermont Studio Center. Paul is an enthusiastic collaborator and has curated shows or organized artist projects for a wide range of artists including James Surls, Betty Woodman, Liz Ferrill, Danielle Genadry, Paul Jacobsen, Mala Iqbal, Kenny Scharf, David Humphrey, Charles Long, Michael Kreuger, Jason Rogenes, Kim Dickey, and Takashi Nakazato.
