Brad Reagan: Portraits

The Framemaker proudly presents work by Brad Reagan as part of Clarksville’s First Thursday Art Walk on Thursday, July 5, 2012. An opening reception will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The exhibit will remain on display at the Framemaker throughout the month of July during normal business hours (Mon. through Fri. 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.).

Brad Reagan earned a bachelor of fine arts degree from Austin Peay State University (APSU), and a master of fine arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel HIll. He currently teaches foundation courses in Art at APSU. According to Reagan, “I am fascinated with the portrait. Masters such as Rembrandt, Lucian Freud, and contemporaries from all over the world who follow an academic approach to the study of this subject are my biggest influences. Their works share with me how to see, think, and record as a human being.”

The Framemaker is located at the corner of North Second Street and Georgia Avenue, across from The Clarksville Academy.
