CALL FOR WORK —
FREE FALL @ Austin Peay Downtown Gallery 8/4/11 – 8/25/11
WHAT: All APSU Graphic Design & Visual Communications Alumni are invited to submit one piece of professional work to be exhibited in ‘Free Fall’ – a sampling of work by APSU Visual Communications Alumni. All entries meeting submission requirements will be included in the exhibition.
HOW: 2-dimensional entries must be mounted on solid core black presentation board (15×20 in or 20×30 in); 3-dimensional materials should not exceed 4ft x 4ft; motion and digital design work should be submitted on a CD or DVD. Please attach the following label to your entry:

WHEN: Work should be delivered to the Austin Peay Downtown Gallery /116 Strawberry Alley / Clarksville 37040 on Friday 7/29/11 and Saturday 7/30/11 from noon-4PM. Work may also be sent to: Free Fall / APSU Dept of Art / Austin Peay State University / Trahern Bldg.RM 210 / 600 College St. / Clarksville / TN 37044. All mailed work must be received by 7/29/11. Mailed entries will only be returned if a stamped, addressed envelope is included with the submission.
Work may be picked-up from the Austin Peay Downtown Gallery on Saturday 8/27/11 from noon – 4 PM.
FREE FALL will open on 8/4/11 from 5pm-8pm during the Clarksville ‘First Thursday Art Walk”

Isn’t the 6/29/11 a Wednesday?
Do you perhaps mean artwork should be submitted July 29th and 30th? I was just checking my calender because I realized time was getting close, but those dates for June fall on Wednesday and Thursday.

Ray, The Downtown Gallery doesn’t handle sales, so we can’t help you with that one.
